The new-look Why Delilah!
We've given the Why Delilah website a fresh new look ready for the new season and we'd love to know your opinions on it.
So feel free to post up any feedback you have about the new design and layout, good or bad, and also any ideas or suggestions you have for anything else you'd like to see changed or added to the Why Delilah site during the new season ahead.

It's so much easier to find what iother people have said, forum posts and blogs.
Nice and clean too, missing tony's picture though.
Good work.
My favoritest site just got better, nice work fellas. Is this all your work Dave?
Alas, it is not. I wouldn't have the skills to attempt such an overhaul!
It's our tech bods you need to thank.
Glad you like it.
I think the new look is great, but I wish more people would contribute to the forum section. Perhaps to encourage this why not have regular raffle draws for contributors with match tickets as prizes?
"Comment of the day" - I'd be bribed that way.
Site looks nicer, but i also want to add that it would be better if more people contributed to the forum as mentioned above.
why is there a big white space above this comment?
Hi Foster.
Do you mean the bit where the above comment is indented?
If so, it indicates that someone is replying to a particular comment.
If not, where do you mean, in the header, footer?
At the moment i think it's alligned to be below the contents of the poster details (in the left box) which defeats the purpose of having the post and the post details in seperate boxes, as they interfere with eachother anyway. I think it would be better if both were level.
Those are my thoughts anyway.
Hi Foster,
Thanks for the feedback, it's really useful.
The thinking behind it is so, a big conversation can split into little conversations , and you can follow each thread, rather than jumping around.
Does that sound usable to you, or just annoying?
Heres an example of a conversation splitting off again....
ok, so i'm replying to this particular thread. I can see that the reply posts are moving to the right which is fair enough.
However (and now i'm starting to think it's only me) i see a big empty white space above, not on the sides, which if it applies to everyone i don't see as being practical.
Hi Foster - what about this?
Yes, on all mine there is also a large space above the text. The left box has the image and name, and to the right ogf this it is blank, with the text appearing further down, the text should be directly to the right of the image and name in my opinion
Ok so we've established that this space should be removed (please) and the text of the thread should be directly to the right of the blue box (on the left side with the image and name).
Something else that seems to happen is that when i send a post, the page does not refresh correctly and the layout at the top is incorrect. I have all of the links (my account, etc)appearing above the thread and overlapping with other images.
Hi Foster
Thanks for emailing that screenshot over.
I think we've worked out what the problem was with the spacing and that should hopefully now be fixed. (You might just need to refresh the page to update the page with the fix)
Let us know if you continue to get any more problems.
Cheers,
Matt
Still doesn't look right and i've refreshed a few times, left the site, come back and still i get the same view.
I'll have a look again later
mine is now working fine, much better, like the site, and like the fact you can easily see where the latest comments have been made.
Now lets just fill it with wild rumours!!
Rumour has it that The Stig will be replaced by Bexhillpotter in the new series of Top Gear and will appear in a red and white striped racing outfit with a Britannia logo on the front which will make him much faster i.e go faster stripes!!!
Looks good, easy to find things, comes up much faster here in Oz, which has not been the case.
new to the site but i agree with foster we need more stokies to join
New look is nice - like it.
BUT
1) I've just made a post in your forum (Stoke v Burnley thread) and it didn't show up straight away - is this normal? I won't be making any other posts until I know it's working 100%.
2) As I'm typing this it's painfully slow to show what I've typed - like your site can't keep up. Bit annoying really. It's not my computer as it's OK on other sites. I'm using Firefox if that helps.
